Mike Dilley works as a retained consultant and fire specialist for Ruhl Forensic and holds a Illinois Class A Private Detective license (#115-001540). He additionally serves as Fire Chief for the City of Urbana Fire Rescue Services. Mr. Dilley holds numerous professional certifications from the Illinois State Fire Marshall's Office, including fire and arson investigator and has an associate degree in fire science. He has trained in accident investigation at Northwestern University's Center for Public Safety.
